Job Cards give you an overview of all your Active Jobs, with full progress information. This is where you Close Jobs when they are complete (or partially complete - see Job Cards Instructions), Stop Jobs that are cancelled, or Reactivate jobs which have previously been cancelled and which you wish to bring back to life.
Group Allocation allows you, at a click, to Allocate Materials to all jobs with a Start Date on or before any given date.
Despatch Office is where you issue materials to third parties, e.g. finished goods or spare parts to customers. A check box enables you to treat the transaction as free-issue. Once you print the Despatch Note, it is closed and cannot be amended. Stock movements are logged, and the transaction is also written to the Jobs Log file.
The Operator Report is now called Track/Shop ID Report, and relates to the Track/Shop ID which can be set for each job. This report will provide an analysis for each ID used, between any two dates you choose.
