How do I get the Help I Need? We make it easy for users large and small. Simply choose the option that best suits you and your budget.	Once you are up-and-running there are three levels of support to choose from. Select the option that best suits you. But you have to get started, and hard as we try to make the system easy to use there is a lot to get your head around, especially if you are new to MRP software. So again we give you three choices. 1. The built-in User Guide gives you all the information you need to become an expert user, and is ideal if you like to work on your own, at your own pace, and enjoy learning-by-doing. 2. Our onLine HelpDesk and Telephone Support. 3. On-Site training is available as a stand-alone service to existing users, and is the difference between Merlin QuickStart (where you download the software and buy the key) and Merlin Corporate. We attend your site for two days, install the software across your network (for new customers), and give full training to your Merlin users.
