In this class we deal with the Merlin MRP Factory 9
Manual Stock Movements.
Merlin MRP Factory Manual Stock Movements
Go to the Resources tab at the top of the Merlin MRP Factory Home Screen, and click it.
In the middle of the top row of the Activity Centre you will see Enter MANUAL STOCK MOVEMENTS. Click this and the MSM Manager will appear as below.
Using the drop-down menu, select the Resource Item you wish to adjust as shown in detail below.
Click Goods IN and you will see the screen below.
Enter the Quantity that you wish to Receive into Stock and a Reference to explain the entry in Stock Movements, then click the RECEIVE button.
This will take you back to the previous screen, where you can repeat the process until you are done.
Or click Goods OUT and you will see the this screen.
For Goods OUT the procedure is identical, except that instead of the RECEIVE button there is an ISSUE button to click.
For Goods OUT, you can set up Predefined References in Manufacturing Resources > Manage STOCK MOVEMENT REFERENCES, which you can then select from the drop-down menu in Goods OUT.
